Ratu Chika

Researcher & Project Manager

Chika has 4 years of experience in CSR and community empowerment. She is a graduate of Community Social Development (PSdK) at Universitas Gadjah Mada. To date, Chika has handled more than 15 research projects covering biodiversity studies, social mapping, SROI, and Journal and ISBN publications. She also has field experience as a companion for state-owned enterprise CSR programs for 2 years in Sulawesi.

Afi Ramadhani

Researcher

Afi is a graduate of the Faculty of Cultural Sciences (FIB) at Universitas Gadjah Mada with CSR and Sustainability training certification. She has handled projects including Social Mapping, publications, SROI, and IKM.

Isfan Fajar Sukarno

Researcher

Isfan has 4 years of experience in CSR. He is a graduate of Sociology at Universitas Gadjah Mada, with 3 years assisting state-owned enterprises achieve PROPER Gold in the community development aspect. Certified in SROI and community development training, his research experience covers Social Mapping, Multiplier Economic Effect (MEE), Stakeholder Engagement, IKM, and SROI.
